Free Shipping applies to orders subtotaling $50 or more. Free Shipping is only offered to the continental lower United States (ZIP codes between 00900-96200 and 97000-99500). Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are sent through UPS Ground delivery. Order SUBTOTALS are used to determine eligibility for the promotion. SUBTOTALS of $50 or more will qualify for Free Shipping. Certain products do not qualify for Free Shipping. Dealers are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders subtotaling less than $50 are eligible for $5.00 flat rate priority mail shipping through USPS to destinations in the continental lower United States (ZIP codes between 00900-96200 and 97000-99500). How to Determine Your Shipping Cost
If you do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping and wish to know the shipping cost to your destination, please add the item(s) you would like to purchase into your cart and begin the checkout process. Once you reach the shipping portion of the checkout, your shipping cost will be presented with no further obligation to complete the purchase.
Order Processing and Rush Orders
No rush or expedited shipping available. All orders for this store are processed within one business day. We do not process orders on weekends or most US federal holidays. Please note that once your gear leaves our door, delivery times are not guaranteed and vary.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number form either UPS or USPS. If you received a tracking number, your order has left our facility and is in route to you. At this point in your order, tracking is out of our control.
If Tracking Information Appears as Stalled or Not Found:
Sometimes tracking information isn't available due to either the timing of UPS or USPS tracking-database updates or because of the carrier's tracking system: a package may not be scanned for the first time until it arrives at a regional hub near its final destination. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of your package. And, unfortunately, the first scan of your package may not be until the package goes out for local delivery to you.
You are responsible for any additional charges as a result of your country's duties, taxes and/or broker fees. You may be charged when delivered, please consult your local policies on receiving international shipments before ordering. Please be aware that international orders placed without a valid phone number could be retained at customs and in some cases returned to the sender.
